A small word on...

... gastronomy:

As many expect and know, the british gastronomy never won any price simply because there is not much of creativity and nothing really special to it. Well i would not be too hard with the brit gastronomy because i do have to say i enjoy it modestly but i do enjoy it.

Breakfast: brits usually have a quite heavy breakfast mostly a continental style one: eggs, bacon, sausages, toasts, juice and cofee. To be franck this is my kind of breakfast (and not the korean: rice, soup and other vegies).

Lunch: aahah there is the problem. England kind of made its way up to consider more "healthy food", which you have hard time to believe considering the number ofobese people you can meet in the streets (and im not being condescendant!). We have mainly a large choice of ..."sandwishes" for lunch. From the hamburger to the cubsandwish passing by the other panini or khebab... well taste good but same do not abuse of it.
From what i understood brits do not spend much time on lunch which is why they do not have real meal for it (but they spend time for the lunch beer though!!!! wha???).

Dinner: not sure what to say. The only thing i can say is here in london, we tried a quite famous place the "oxo tower brasserie restaurant" located at the 8th floor of a modern building on the riverside. Famous for the view mainly but also serving 3 star like meal.. tasty and expensivEEEE. Well, meeting my bro every 4 years and spending that time in london, that worth a good 100 pound meal doesnt it ?
